We deliver to the UAE and many countries worldwide. Delivery charges depend on your country and are shared on WhatsApp.

  • After you order, we'll message you on WhatsApp with the delivery charge for your country and payment details.
  • Your order is dispatched once payment is received.

You can also message us on WhatsApp before ordering to ask about delivery to your country. Cash on delivery is not available outside India. Customs duties or import taxes in your country, if any, are paid by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Return or exchange unused pieces within 7 days of delivery. Damaged or wrong items are replaced free of charge.

Every piece is handcrafted and checked before it leaves us. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Returns and exchanges

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn and returned in their original packaging with all tags and pouches.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm your exchange or refund.

Items we cannot accept back

  • Hair accessories, for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage after delivery, or contact with water, perfume or lotion.
  • Sale or customised pieces, unless faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI to the details you share with us.

Refused or unclaimed cash on delivery orders

Repeated refusal of cash on delivery orders may mean we ask for prepayment on future orders.
