This website is operated by The Traditional Jewelry India. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

Our jewelry is handcrafted, so small variations in finish, colour and size are natural and make each piece unique. Product photos are as accurate as possible, but colours may look slightly different on different screens.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time without notice, but the price at the time you place your order is the price you pay. Within India, we accept cash on delivery and the online payment methods shown at checkout. For orders outside India, the delivery charge and payment details are confirmed with you on WhatsApp, and the order is dispatched once payment is received.

Orders

We may cancel or refuse any order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price is listed incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If a prepaid order is cancelled, we will refund you in full.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including designs, photos, text and logos, belongs to The Traditional Jewelry and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to all orders placed after it is published.
